TERMS AND CONDITIONS

HOW TO ORDER.    Online, by using our Secure Order Form.  By phone (800-416-4348) or Fax (508-787-9795) using your Visa, Mastercard or Discover.   We are available by phone Monday thru Thursday 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM, eastern time.  By mail, using the order form online. By email at rp@rockpeddler.com, if your credit card is on file with us.

PAYMENT.  Full payment must accompany order.  U.S. funds only.  We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  We accept cashiers checks, money orders, personal and business checks.  No COD's.  MA residents add 5% sales tax.  CA residents add 7.25% sales tax on items drop shipped by Diamond Pacific.   Dealers, provide resale number for resale purchases.

BACKORDERS.   Back orders less than $25.00 will be cancelled and must be reordered.

SHIPPING.   Our usual shipping method is UPS ground in the U.S. (except Alaska and Hawaii).   Charges are determined by weight and distance.  There is a $2.00 handling charge per order.  Exception:  There is a $5.00 handling charge for all orders shipped domestically by U.S. mail.   Provide a street address for UPS delivery.   Orders to addresses outside Continental U.S., request charges in advance.   Equipment & Supply orders shipping to an address outside the U.S. or Canada - handling fee is $35.00.  Some items will be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer to you.  When you pay by cashiers check, money order, or credit card, we call the company the same day (Mon-Fri), to get your order on their shipping schedule.  Although we have no control over shipping delays on drop shipments, we do follow up.  Allow for time in transit on UPS to you.  When you pay by personal or business check, your order will be held until your check clears our bank.  Items in stock usually shipped within 2 business days.  UPS Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day Select available.  Call for charges. 

DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT.  If there is any visible damage at time of delivery, notify the carrier (UPS, Post Office) at once.  Open your packages upon receipt.  In case of concealed damage discovered after unpacking, contact the delivery carrier immediately and request an inspection.  Save all packing and cartons.  Adjustments must be made with the Carrier.

WARRANTY PROBLEMS, RETURNS.   No refunds on equipment or supplies that have been used unless the product is defective.  All Warrantees are manufacturers warrantees  and all determinations regarding defects will be made by the manufacturer.  No refunds or replacements will be made until we receive a determination from the manufacturer.  No refunds will be made if the manufacturer determines the product has been misused.   Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.   If you have any warranty problems, you may contact the manufacturer directly,  but for Crystalite products, call us.  Call us if you need assistance with a return.  DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM TO US WITHOUT FIRST CALLING US FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION..  All equipment and supplies returns other than warranty must be made within 14 days of receipt.  Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.  You must get return authorization.  Restocking charges may apply.  Please have your invoice number ready when you call. 

PRICES.   While we strive to keep prices affordable, prices and terms are subject to change without notice.  All items will be invoiced at current prices.   We reserve the right to correct any errors in this catalog.
