RAYTECH NUBOND DIAMOND PREPOLISH LAP

The Greatest Advance in Facet Laps Since Electrobonding

Nubond is the outstanding prepolish facet lap. A NuBond requires little if any break-in to produce smooth finishes. Compared to an electrobond lap, it will scratch less and will cut more consistently over a longer service life. NuBond laps have a higher concentration of friable self-sharpening diamond bonded directly to a solid aluminum backer. They are true running, lightweight, and corrosion resistant.

Important: To replace an electrobond lap with a Nubond, select a NuBond which is one grit coarser than the electrobond. Even though coarser, NuBond will scratch less, outperform, and outlast the electrobond lap.

DIAMOND FLAT LAPS

Imported from China by Daniel Lopacki. These are produced from solid steel that has been machined flat and true. They are 1mm thick and have 1/2" arbor holes. All first quality and guaranteed. We recommend using a master lap or other flat, parallel lap as a backing.
